Athabasca University president calls on-site staffing demand to the small Alberta town backward, ruinous

The president of Athabasca University says a provincial plan for the organization could bankrupt the school. The province wants the university to require more employees to live and work in Athabasca. The university's president says that won't work and is taking a stand. Chris Chacon has more.
