‘There was consensus around the table’: Trudeau speaks about eve of Emergencies Act invocation

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau testified Friday before the Public Order Emergencies Commission that on the eve of invoking the Emergencies Act, there had been "consensus" around the table of the Incident Response Group. He said there was "no question about it," and no one around the table raised concern about using the act in response to the "Freedom Convoy."
